How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed and on their way within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Need it sooner? Reach out before placing your order and I’ll do my best to help!
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but I’m working on it. For now, shipping is available within the U.S. only. If you're outside the U.S. and really interested, send me a message and I’ll let you know what I can do!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Just contact me as soon as possible and I’ll gladly make adjustments or cancel it for you. Once it’s shipped, it’s out of my hands but I’m always here to help if something comes up.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! That’s definitely not the experience I want for you. If something arrived damaged, send me a message with your order number and a photo of the item. I’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement or another solution that feels fair.
Whats should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please check the tracking information for updates. If there’s no information or the delay is significant, please reach out to us, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products and the emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of quality, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This ensures that each salve and balm is fresh and untouched for your safety. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us right away, and we’ll work quickly to make it right and ensure your satisfaction. Your trust in our products is important to us, and we’re here to support you.
How do I use your salves and balms?
Scoop out a small amount with clean fingers and gently massage it into your skin. That’s it! You can use it anywhere that needs a little love: dry patches, sore muscles, bug bites, cracked hands, you name it. A little goes a long way, so start small and see how your skin feels.
How long do your products last (shelf life)?
Most salves or balms last about 12 months if stored properly. They may last even longer thanks to the natural antioxidants like Vitamin E, but for peak freshness and potency, we recommend using them within a year. If it smells off or looks different, trust your senses and compost it.
How much should I apply and how often?
Think of it like feeding your skin, just enough, not too much. A fingertip-sized amount is usually plenty for a small area. You can reapply as needed throughout the day, especially after washing or spending time outdoors. Trust your skin; it’ll let you know when it wants more.
How should I store the products?
Keep your balm or salve in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat (no steamy bathroom shelves if you can help it!). Since we don’t use synthetic stabilisers or fillers, extreme heat may cause it to soften or melt. Room temp is perfect.
If it does get a little melty, no worries. Just pop it in the fridge for a bit and it’ll firm right back up.
Can I request a custom blend?
Yes! If you have specific skin needs, sensitivities, or scent preferences, I’m happy to create a custom blend just for you—when possible. Custom orders depend on ingredient availability and may require a longer processing time. Feel free to reach out through the contact form or email to start the conversation.
Do you offer bundles or gift sets?
Absolutely. We offer carefully curated bundles for different needs; like skin repair, outdoor care, or mama & baby essentials. They're perfect for gifting or stocking up. Check the “Bundles” section in the shop to explore what’s currently available.

What skin types are your salves and balms suitable for?
All of them! My formulas are made to be gentle, nourishing, and versatile. Whether your skin is dry, sensitive, acne-prone, or somewhere in between. I use whole, plant-based ingredients that support the skin’s natural balance without clogging or irritating. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to guide you.
Are your products safe for babies, pregnant women, or sensitive skin?
Most of my balms are made with sensitive skin in mind, including little ones and mamas-to-be. I avoid essential oils in products intended for babies this is the calendula & tallow restoration balm, and only use gentle, well-researched herbs. Still, everyone’s skin is different—so always check the ingredient list and do a patch test before full use. If you’re unsure, just send me form or a mail.

What ingredients do you use and why?
I use simple, effective ingredients straight from nature; like jojoba oil, beeswax, herbal infusions, and cold-pressed essential oils. Each one is chosen for a reason: to soothe, protect, or support your skin’s natural repair process. No fluff, no fillers—just ingredients that earn their place.
Are your products organic or vegan?
Many of my ingredients are certified organic, especially the herbs and base oils. While most products are vegan, a few (like my tallow or beeswax-based balms) are not. I always list ingredients clearly, so you know exactly what you’re using. If you prefer fully vegan options then message me and I can make them with candelilla wax instead of beeswax!
Do your salves contain preservatives or synthetic fragrances?
Nope. You won’t find synthetic preservatives, parabens, or artificial fragrances in anything I make. My salves are oil-based and naturally preserved with Vitamin E—no water, so there’s no need for strong preservation. The gentle scent comes only from real herbs and essential oils.
The only exception is my Magnesium Balm, which contains water to dissolve the magnesium chloride (the most effective form for topical use). Because water-based products need extra protection, I use Leucidal® and Montanov™—two gentle, naturally derived ingredients:
is a natural preservative made from fermented radish root. It helps prevent the growth of bacteria and mold while being mild on the skin.
is a plant-based emulsifier made from sugar and coconut. It helps oil and water blend smoothly and keeps the balm stable over time.
Both are ECOCERT-approved for natural cosmetics, and chosen carefully to keep your balm clean, effective, and safe—without compromising on purity
